Q: Do I need to buy a TV mount before installation?

A: No, our specialists carry the mounts on hand, so we can provide a suitable mount for your setting same day.

Q: How long does a TV installation take? 

A: Most installations take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the wall type and additional services.

Q: Do you offer commercial TV installation?

A: Yes. We install TVs in offices, restaurants, churches, gyms, retail stores, and other commercial spaces.

Q: Do you clean up after installation? 

A: Absolutely. We leave the work area clean and remove installation debris. We also use shoe covers. 

Q: Can you mount a TV above a fireplace with a MantelMount?

A: Yes, our specialists are familiar with the MantelMount selection and can install them without any problem.

Q: Can you hide TV wires in the wall?

A: Yes, we can hide up to 4-5 cords through one concealment opening and the cords will be accessible after the installation.

Q: Can you mount a TV on brick or stone?

A: Yes, every specialist has a hammer drill that allows them to perform installations on solid surfaces in reasonable time.

Q: Why is Frame TV considered a special install?

A: Frame TVs generally come with original brackets that need higher precision and require our specialists to take their time during the installation, as any issue with the bracket setup will require almost full reinstall.

Q: Can you install a recess box to hide the cords?

A: Yes, our personnel is trained to install recess boxes that are used to conceal processing units for Samsung Frame TVs, however, the installation for such a setup is limited to drywall. 

Q: How do you conceal wires for Frame TV above fireplace?

A: We suggest running an external concealment line on the wall and lead it to the side of the fireplace if the fireplace is made of brick, stone, or plaster, but if there is drywall and power outlet on it, we would definitely recommend a recess box.

Q: In which areas do you provide your services?

A: Our services are available In Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton. We are currently expanding our service area. If you're unsure if your area is serviced, please give us a call, and we will get there!

Q: How do you accept the payment?

A: We are accepting payments by card, cash, checks and third-party payment services, such as Zelle, Venmo and CashApp.

Q: When do I pay?

A: The payment is taken only after the job is performed - you do not need to make a deposit or put a card on file, it is that easy!
